You can visit Pompeii, one of the most famous archaeological sites in the world, where you can travel trough time and go back 2,000 years.
It will be a fascinating journey, because you can visit the excavations and the ruins of a city buried by dust after the eruption of Vesuvius in 79 A.C.
Then you can continue with our drivers and get to Sorrento, known worldwide for citrus and handicraft products carved in the wood.
The best way to visit this town is wandering through the great shopping streets and the pretty old town, tasting a glass of Limoncello and enjoying the spectacular view of the Gulf of Naples and Vesuvius from the Villa Comunale. You can also visit the old churches or the Museo Correale, or relax drinking a coffee in Piazza Tasso.
From Sorrento the shore excursion will continue along the Amalfi coast, one of the world's most spectacular roads.
The view is superb. From the coastline you can see the Gulf of Salerno, the island of Capri and the islands of li Galli. You will see the colors and the beauty of Positano at the early curves of the journey. When you arrive in Positano, a small town of the Amalfi coast which extends vertically, you can take beautiful pictures : rocky coves and a glistening sea, lemons and the narrow streets of the village features, the wonderful and colorful houses along the wharf.
The streets of Positano lead to the main beach, where you can enjoy shopping in the famous local fashion boutiques or take a break in one of the restaurants overlooking the sea.
The return is expected in late afternoon.
